Who we are

Lead Tracker is a Canadian outreach-management platform. This policy explains what personal information we handle, why, and the rights you can exercise, whether you use the platform or have been contacted through it.

Information we handle

• Account information: the name and email address of workspace users, used to sign in and operate the platform.
• Professional contact information: business names, titles, work contact details, and related professional information about prospective contacts, collected only from publicly available sources. Every address we store carries a citation to where it was published.
• Research notes: short, business-focused summaries generated from public sources to assess professional relevance. We do not compile sensitive personal information, and raw research output is automatically deleted on a 30-day cycle.

How outreach works

Messages sent through Lead Tracker identify the sender, include a mailing address and a working unsubscribe mechanism, and are sent under Canada's anti-spam legislation (CASL) on a documented consent basis. Unsubscribe requests are honored promptly and permanently: a suppressed address remains suppressed across the workspace, even after a data-erasure request.

Your rights

You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask that it be corrected, or ask that it be erased. Erasure requests remove personal details while preserving the suppression record that keeps you from being contacted again. We respond to requests within the timelines required by applicable law, including Quebec's Law 25.

What we don't do

• We do not sell or rent personal information.
• We do not send messages to purchased or scraped contact lists.
• We do not contact personal (non-business) email addresses.

Retention and security

Data is hosted with reputable cloud providers, access is restricted per workspace, and privileged operations are logged. Raw AI research output is pruned automatically after 30 days; consent-evidence records are kept for as long as the law requires us to be able to demonstrate compliance. Confidentiality incidents are recorded in an internal register and handled as Law 25 requires.
