Terms of Service

The service
Lead Tracker provides research-assisted, compliance-gated professional outreach: candidate discovery from public sources, per-person research briefs, human-verified drafting, and message delivery with consent records. Access is provided per workspace, by invitation.
Acceptable use
- Use the compliance features as designed: outreach bases must be recorded truthfully, unsubscribe requests honored, and sender identity accurate.
- No unlawful outreach: no messages to personal addresses without consent, no purchased or scraped lists, no circumvention of the platform's suppression or verification gates.
- You are responsible for the content of messages you approve and send, and for holding any licenses your own business activity requires.
AI-generated content
Research briefs and draft messages are AI-generated from public sources and can contain errors. The platform requires human review before sending for exactly this reason; you are responsible for verifying claims before approving a message.
Availability and changes
The service is provided as-is, without warranty of uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose. Features may change as the product evolves; material changes to these terms will be posted on this page.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the fees paid for the service in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for outcomes of business decisions made using the service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
